Founding Vision (2016)
Kapse Sons Robotics & Automation (KSRA) was established in 2016 with a clear vision: to deliver world-class robotic and automation solutions that elevate the competitiveness of Indian manufacturing. What began as a focused automation services company has today grown into a trusted industry partner for end-to-end industrial automation, robotics integration, and custom engineering solutions.

The company was founded by Mr. Swapnil Kapse, an M.Tech in Mechatronics Engineering (Rank 1, COEP), whose deep technical expertise, hands-on industry experience, and passion for problem-solving laid the foundation for KSRA’s engineering-driven culture. Under his leadership, KSRA has built a reputation for designing highly reliable, efficient, and innovative automation systems tailored to real-world manufacturing challenges.

Over the years, KSRA has expanded its capabilities from basic industrial automation to advanced robotics, special-purpose machines (SPMs), assembly lines, material-handling systems, and smart manufacturing solutions. With a strong focus on precision engineering, seamless system integration, and on-site deployment excellence, KSRA continues to support manufacturers across automotive, engineering, electrical, FMCG, and other sectors.

Current Capabilities
Today, our state-of-the-art facility spans over 15,000 square feet, equipped with advanced VMC machines, SCARA robots, dedicated welding stations, CAD/CAM design suites, PLC–Servo programming stations, and a specialized Robotic Research Center. We have successfully completed 300+ automation projects across diverse industries including automotive, plastics, electrical, FMCG, and toy manufacturing
